Indian bureaucracy is the steel frame of Indian top executive. Without this Indian social, political, executive structure will be crumbled. The Indian bureaucracy is a vital link and interface between the Government and the Citizens. India being a developing country it has to address the problems of the people by taking up many welfare programs, and it is here the role of bureaucracy comes in. Indian bureaucracy thus shoulders a vital responsibility of elimination of poverty and development of this country. YSR succession issue – Is the congress high command exhibiting insensitiveness, indifference and egoism in choosing YSR Successor?

The following 4 facts made me to draw such adverse conclusions; 1. The way the Congress high command handling the succession of YSR issue is not mirroring the feelings and emotions of the people of the State. The people of the state are heart broken on the sudden demise of their beloved leader YSR and coming to terms by seeing him in his son Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. People, especially, who were benefited by the welfare programs introduced by YSR feeling a sense of deep insecurity and their fears dissipates only when Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy becomes the CM of the state. A survey conducted by the NTV-Nielsen indicates that 78% of people in the state preferring Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy as CM of the state. More than 400 people committed suicides and still there are many reports of suicides pouring in and these shows how the people are emotionally revering YSR and his legacy.
